The stay had its ups and downs. the location is great and the friendly staff makes the experience better. However, the room could definitely use some updating, and we encountered some cleanliness issues. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, but it has potential.

I had a great experience with the welcoming staff who helped me feel right at home. The King Room with Disability Access was spacious, equipped with grab bars, and offered a comfortable bed for a restful night. I appreciated the accessible bathroom design, which made my stay truly convenient.

The pool area offers solid space for splashing around or relaxing, with ample seating options. The hotel's proximity to various local attractions makes it a convenient spot for exploring the area.

Most rooms show wear and tear, leading to a dated atmosphere that could use updating. Noise from nearby events and the ongoing renovations affected my ability to get a restful night's sleep. it was like trying to nap on the Millennium Falcon during a hyperspace jump. The heating system wasn’t functioning well. at one point, I had to wait for a maintenance guy to rig it just to feel some warmth. Additionally, chaotic crowding during events made parking a challenge and created a hassle when returning to my room late in the evening.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, making for a refreshing stay. I particularly appreciated the wide range of breakfast options available, catering to various tastes.

I really enjoyed the amazing spa and sauna, and the self-parking made things super easy. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a busy day. Only downside was that check-in felt a bit late. a 3 pm check-in would be ideal! 😊

The amenities were great, especially the 24-hour snack bar and the spacious king room. Plus, I loved the comfortable bed.

The pool was huge, and the hot tub had fun waterfalls. The sauna was a nice touch too!

We had a great time at this hotel, enjoying the spacious and comfy rooms perfect for our family. The large indoor pool was a hit, and our kids loved the arcade games. We even brought our furry friends along, and they felt right at home!

My kids wished the hotel had better soundproofing. It was tough for them to sleep with loud music echoing through the halls at night.

Spent 2 nights in a king room and really enjoyed it. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of tasty options. The staff were super friendly, especially the bartender who hustled hard by himself. The only bummer was the noise from the hallway. it was tough to catch ZZZs at times.
